WILLIAM D. HYLER is a Managing Director and a Senior Analyst at CIBC
World Markets Corp., covering diversified natural gas and power
companies. He joined the firm in 1984. A member of the National
Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts and the American Gas
Association Mr. Hyler also belongs to the New York Society of Oil
Analysts and serves on the Advisory Committee of the Independent
Petroleum Association of America. He received a BS in Engineering and
Energy Economics from Cornell University in 1980.
