Robert A. Jennings

ROBERT A. JENNINGS has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Mediconsult since its inception in 1996. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Jennings
acted as an advisor to a number of companies on general business
matters. Beginning in 1997, Mr. Jennings began to work on a full-time
basis on Mediconsult matters. Mr. Jennings is a chartered accountant and
was employed by Coopers & Lybrand in Canada and England for nine years.
