ANTHONY B. WATERS was appointed the Chief Financial Officer of the Trust
in February 2000. He has served as Controller of the Trust since June
1999. From June 1998 to June 1999, Mr. Waters was an Accountant and
Auditor with Michael Maastricht, CPA, performing audits for InnSuites
Hotels. He holds a Master’s degrees in Accounting and Taxation.
