JOHN VAN HEEL is CFO of Logisoft. Prior to joining Logisoft, Mr. Van
Heel spent 11 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, most recently as
Director in the Transaction Services Group based in New York City and
Milan, Italy, where he consulted with strategic and financial investors
on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Van Heel has advised on more than 50
transactions with a value exceeding $20 billion. Mr. Van Heel hold a BS
degree in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo. Profile
DAVID WILKERSON became CEO of global e-commerce specialist Logisoft
Corporation in June 2000. He brings to the Fairport, NY company more
than 20 years of experience in high technology marketing and business
development. Prior to joining Logisoft, Mr. Wilkerson designed and
implemented high-growth e-business strategies as President and COO of
GoSmallBiz.com, a Fran Tarkenton company. At Sentry Marketing in Utica,
he grew the electronics marketing distribution business from $1 million
to $33 million over a seven-year period. Under his direction, Logisoft
is developing a suite of global e-commerce solutions to help companies
transact business online in multiple currencies and languages. Plans are
to position the company as a leader in e-commerce, and to grow the
