STEVEN M. BETTINGER has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and
Director of VirtualAcademics.com, Inc., since 1991, when he founded the
company. Mr. Bettinger also founded Barrington University, Spanish
University of America and Cyber University. Mr. Bettinger also founded
in 1999 and serves as an Executive Officer and Director of Continuing
Care.com, a Web portal developer for senior living and the senior
service industry. In addition, Mr. Bettinger founded and later sold
taxreturnsusa.com, one of the first online tax preparation companies.
Mr. Bettinger received his BS in Business Administration (honors) from
