JIM MANZI – APPLIED PREDICTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

JIM MANZI Chief Executive Officer a well-respected authority on using pattern recognition and optimization models for sales and marketing applications, is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Applied Predictive Technologies developing and implementing optimization models for numerous marketing-intensive industries. His models have been used to identify sales prospects, set prices, select and reward employees, make product and merchandising decisions, and locate physical sales outlets. They have been successfully applied throughout North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia. Prior to founding APT, Mr. Manzi was a Vice President at Mercer Management Consulting where he directed corporate strategy and marketing optimization assignments for more than 10 years across a wide array of retail industries on five continents. He was previously employed in the Data Networks Division of AT&T Laboratories where he developed PC-based pattern recognition software. Mr. Manzi received a BS in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He was subsequently awarded a Dean's Fellowship in statistics to the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as one of the eight top matriculants to the Wharton doctoral programs. Profile
