ROBERT D. MANCUSO is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client
Management, of Investors Bank. He is responsible for managing ongoing
client relationships to ensure superior client satisfaction with all of
the bank's services. He is also responsible for managing all aspects of
sales and marketing company-wide. Prior to joining Investors in 1992, he
served for six years in a variety of marketing and client management
positions in the National Account Division of the IBM Corporation. He
holds a Master's in Business Administration in International Finance and
Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from Boston

MICHAEL ROGERS is President of Investors Financial Services Corp. He has
focused his entire career in the financial services industry and has
extensive knowledge and experience in servicing the financial services
industry. Mr. Rogers joined Investors in 1981 and has been instrumental
in the continued growth and success of the bank. Prior to his current
role, he held the positions of Executive Vice President of the company,
Controller and Manager of Accounting and Control at Investors Bank. He
holds a Master's of Business Administration from the College of William
and Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College. Profile
KEVIN J. SHEEHAN has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of
the Board of Directors of Investors Financial Services Corp. since June
1995. He has also been a Director since 1990. Mr. Sheehan served as
President from June 1992 to August 2001. Prior to joining the company in
May 1990 with the company's acquisition of the Financial Products
Services division of the Bank of New England, Mr. Sheehan was a Senior
Vice President at the Bank of New England. Profile
TWST: Would you please give us a brief history and overview of InvestorsFinancial Services?
Mr. Sheehan (Chairman & CEO): The company was initially formed by Eaton
Vance as a bank
