JOHN R. VARSAMES is President and CEO of eNote.com. Mr. Varsames has a
diverse management background in product marketing, construction
technology, development and technology sales and marketing. Mr. Varsames
initiated his career with Georgia-Pacific Corporation, based in New York
City, in product application development and sales. He acted as General
Manager and later Vice President of a manufactured housing, lumber and
hardware company with multi-branch facilities. Mr. Varsames joined
American Invesco as Director of Engineering and Construction and managed
multi-state construction, redevelopment projects, acquisitions and
marketing. He served as Vice President of Marketing & Development for
the S.G. Phillips Corporation and managed multi-million dollar clients
like IBM, MacDonald Douglas Electronics, and Karl Suss America. Mr.
Varsames co-founded Northshore Companies, a construction, development
and real estate investment firm and for 10 years served as President and
CEO. Northshore was Vermont's largest development and residential
construction firm for five of those 10 years. He served as a consultant
and then Vice President for AirMouse Remote Controls and its AirMarket
Interactive System, a company specializing in interactive peripherals
and television technology. Mr. Varsames was instrumental in the
deployment of two interactive television projects. Mr. Varsames founded
Navis Technologies in June 1996 as an outgrowth of his experience in
interactive infrared peripherals and interactive TV to service the
emerging network computer growth markets. The eNote Corporation was
incorporated in September 1999 to facilitate the deployment of the
TVemail_ system in 1999 and allow the infusion of investment capital.
Mr. Varsames was educated in Business Administration at St. Michael's
College, where he also served as Chairman of the Associate Board of
Trustees. Mr. Varsames served in the United States Air Force during the
Vietnam conflict in classified communication and intelligence. He has
received postgraduate education in engineering, marketing and business.
He has served his community as chair of several organizations and Board
of Directors, also serving as a National Director for the National
Association of Home Builders. Mr. Varsames is married with two grown
