JOHN W. KOZAK has served as Senior Vice President and CFO for Park
National Bank and Park National Corporation since 1991. From 1980 to
1991 he served as CFO for Century National Bank. From 1977 to 1980 he
served as a CPA for Deloitte and Touche. He currently sits on the Board
of Directors for Century National Bank and Federal Home Loan Bank of
Cincinnati. He received his BS degree in Accounting from The Ohio State
University and graduated summa cum laude and received the Pacesetter
