JOHN FEENAN joined H.B. Fuller Company as Chief Financial Officer in
August 2003. In this position, he oversees the audit, corporate
controller, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions and treasury
departments. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Mr. Feenan served as Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Jostens, Inc., a
Minneapolis, Minnesota, consumer product firm. Before that he served as
Chief Financial Officer at Foamex International, and at Laporte, plc,
for both their North American Operations and Adhesives, Sealants, and
Coatings division. Besides his experience as Chief Financial Officer, he
also has extensive background in other key finance and operating roles,
including controller, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and
general management. Mr. Feenan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and
Economics from St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, and an
MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Profile
TWST: Would you give us a brief history as well as an overview of H.B.Fuller?
Mr. Feenan: Fuller is a company rich in history and tradition,
approximately 117 years old, founded in 1887 by
