JOHN C. THIBAULT is responsible for GeoTel's corporate strategy,
business direction and operational management. Mr. Thibault brings to
GeoTel 20 years of management expertise in data and voice
communications. Prior to joining GeoTel, he served as president and CEO
of Coral Network Corp., a supplier of high-performance, fault-tolerant
networking products. Previously, he was an officer of Motorola and
Senior Vice President and general Manager of Motorola's Codex product
division. Thibault was president and CEO of PBX manufacturer Intercom,
Inc., formerly a subsidiary of Wang Laboratories. Prior to his position
at Intercom, he held several senior management positions over a 12-year
period with Wang, including Vice President of system product management. Profile

Mr. Thibault: The company is approximately four years old. We
