JIM FULTZ is President and Chief Executive Officer of RBN, Inc Mr. Fultz
has a wealth of experience in the fiber optic equipment WDM) market and
a focus on the strategic direction and the development of critical sales
relationships. Fultz' appointment comes at a time when RBN is ramping up
its commercial shipments of the RBNi 8200 CWDM transport system. He is
dedicated to scaling up operations to support rapid deployment of RBN
product to both existing and new partners as a key objective. Fultz was
most recently with Accelight Networks and prior to this, he was
President and CEO of both Scion Photonics (sold to JDSU in spring 2002)
and Zaffire which was sold to Centerpoint Broadband Technologies in
summer 2001). Fultz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales
and Marketing Officer of Antec Corporation, where he and his team built
sales of $1.1 Billion. Fultz has an extensive international background
and has built one of The People's Republic of China's first software
publisher/distributors in the mid 1990's. Leveraging his experience and
success in APAC as well his recent work history, relationships and base
of operations in the US, Fultz will enhance the effectiveness of RBN to
identify new opportunities and expand our various contacts across a
variety of distribution partners and customers. Profile
TWST: Can we begin with an overview and history of RBN, and then apicture of things as they are now?
Mr. Fultz: RBN is a 5-year-old company. It was founded here in Australia
in 1989. The
