JEREMY BARBERA was named Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer
and President of Marketing Services Group, Inc. (MSGI), in April, 1997.
Previously, he had served as Director of All-Comm Media (since October
1996), a position he assumed when All-Comm acquired his company, then
known as Metro Services Group, Inc., in an exchange of stock. Barbera
founded Metro Services Group (now called Metro Direct) in 1987 and
continues to serve as that division's chief executive officer. From 1975
to 1987, Barbera held various management positions at Lincoln Center for
the Performing Arts, as well as scientific and research positions at
NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center. He is a Physicist educated at New York
University, and recently graduated from the MIT Enterprise Forum at the
Sloan School of Management.
