JEFFREY S. BOYCE is Co-Founder, President, CEO and Director of Vermilion
Resources Ltd. Before joining Vermilion he was President, COO and
Director of Pedco Energy from 1993-1994; he has 14 years of experience
with Dome Petroleum, Amoco Canada and Opinac Exploration in areas such
as exploration scouting, land and business development, from 1980-1993.
Mr. Boyce is a Professional Landman with over 21 years of oil and gas
industry experience. He has considerable experience in the public
financial markets and has an extensive background in corporate planning,
negotiations along with land and exploration strategies. Mr. Boyce
currently sits on the Board of Directors of four public energy companies
and one private alternative energy company. He is on the Board of
Governors, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP); Canadian
Association of Petroleum Landmen; Calgary Petroleum Club; and Earl Grey
Golf & Country Club. Mr. Boyce graduated McLaughlin High School (Oshawa)
in 1976; graduated Durham College (Business Administration) 1980; Dome
College for Petroleum Landmen 1982 and Professional Landman
