JANA AHLFINGER BELL was named President and Chief Executive Officer of
@Track Communications, Inc., in September 1998 to lead the company to
profitability through a tightly focused plan that builds on the
company's strong position as a leading provider of wireless voice and
data communications services to multiple business markets, including
trucking and service vehicle fleets. She had joined @Track in June 1998
as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer after serving in
various financial, planning and operational capacities for six years at
AT&T Wireless Services. Most recently, she was Vice President of
Operations for the central United States after serving as Vice President
and CFO for the company's southwest region in Dallas. A Certified Public
Accountant, Mrs. Bell previously served as an Audit Manager with the
public accounting firm of Ernst & Young, LLP. Profile
