James Watt – Remington Oil & Gas Corporation (roil)

JAMES A. WATT is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Remington Oil and Gas Corporation. He has over 32 years of exploration and production experience. Mr. Watt spent three years with Amoco Production Company as a Geophysicist followed by 17 years with Union Texas Petroleum Corporation working the majority of the US basins. From 1991-1993, he served as Vice President Exploration and Exploitation for Nerco Oil & Gas Corporation and from 1993-1997 as Vice President Exploration for Seagull Energy Exploration. He joined Remington Oil and Gas Corporation in 1997 as President. In 1998, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company, and in 2003 was named Chairman of the Board of Directors.
