KYLE RYLAND is a Managing Director in Lehman Brothers' Global Technology
Group and is responsible for the firm's investment banking activity in
the semiconductor sector. During his 10-year career, he has worked with
a number of leading technology companies including Intel, Micron,
STMicroelectronics and Vitesse Semiconductor. Mr. Ryland holds a BA in
Political Science and Public Policy Studies from Duke University and an
MBA from the Wharton Business School. Profile
DAN MYERS is a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers' semiconductor
investment banking practice. Prior to joining the Investment Banking
Division, he worked as a Research Analyst covering semiconductor and
related companies, a position he held for two years at Lehman Brothers
and three years at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Myers received his MBA, with
Honors, from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at
Dartmouth College in 1995. He also holds a degree in Computer and
Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to
returning to business school, Mr. Myers worked in the semiconductor

CHRISTOPHER COLPITTS is a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers'
Menlo Park-based global technology investment banking practice and
focuses primarily on the electronics sector. Before he joined Lehman
Brothers in 1997, he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Credit
Suisse First Boston. Mr. Colpitts holds an MBA and an Honors Bachelor's
Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western
