BIN SHI is a Portfolio Manager for U.S. Global Investors' All American
Equity Fund and the China Region Opportunity Fund. Previously, Mr. Shi
was associated with the Bank of Communications in Shanghai, Citibank,
Bankers Trust and Dai-Chi Kangyo Bank. He is a Graduate of Fudan
University in Shanghai, China, where he studied International Finance
and Trade in the Department of World Economy and received his Master's
degree in Economics from Tulane University. Mr. Shi is a frequent
speaker at various investment conferences and has appeared as a guest
commentator on CNBC, Reuters TV, Bloomberg TV and the L.A. Business
