GREG WILLIAMS is President and Chief Executive Officer of Intersil
Corporation. Mr. Williams joined Intersil (then Harris Semiconductor) in
January 1998 as Vice President and General Manager of the company's
Power Business. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Williams was Vice President
and Assistant General Manager at Motorola Semiconductor Products,
Semiconductor Components Group (SCG). Prior to this assignment, Mr.
Williams was Vice President and General Manager for Motorola's Power
Products Division. In his 14-year tenure at Motorola, Mr. Williams spent
seven years in the Motorola Semiconductor World Marketing organization
as Vice President and Director of the Automotive Segment. Prior to
Motorola, Greg Williams spent seven years at GE implementing data
communications services and developing software. Mr. Williams earned a
Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Administration from Wayne State
