GRANT B. FAGERHEIM, has been President and Chief Executive Officer and
Director of Ketch Energy Ltd. since April, 2000. He held the positions
of Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President
Business Development and Marketing of Northrock Resources Ltd. from
April 1996 to December 1999; prior to that he was Vice President,
Exploration and Land with Sceptre Resources Ltd. from May 1994 to April
1996. Other responsibilities from April 1983 to May 1994 include Manager
Marketing & Supply, Manager Asset Rationalization and Land Manager at
Sceptre Resources Ltd., District Landman at Amoco Canada Resources Ltd.,
and Negotiating Landman at Dome Petroleum Ltd. Profile
Mr. Fagerheim: The new look, Ketch Energy was formed by the assimilation
of three separate entities on April 4, 2000.
