GLENN W. STURM is Chief Executive Officer of Netzee, Inc. Mr. Sturm
leads the charge for developing the strategic direction and vision for
the company. Since Netzee's inception, Mr. Sturm has been responsible
for creating key alliances, which have strengthened Netzee's positioning
in the online banking arena. A leading provider of Internet banking
products and services, Netzee provides cost-effective, outsourced,
secure and expandable solutions that enable community financial
institutions to offer their customers a wide array of financial products
and services over the Internet. In 1999, Mr. Sturm joined Netzee as its
Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for driving the company's
Internet product strategy. Since then, he has successfully steered the
company through its initial public offering. Since 1992, Mr. Sturm has
been a partner in the law firm of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough,
L.L.P., where he served as Corporate Chairman until 1999 and currently
serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Sturm serves as a
Director of The InterCept Group, Inc., which now owns approximately 35%
of Netzee's common stock. Mr. Sturm also serves on the Board of
Directors of Towne Services, Inc., and hotpalm.com, Inc. He served on
the Board of Directors of WebMD prior to its merger with Healtheon. Mr.
Sturm attended Pepperdine University and the University of Florida. Profile

Mr. Sturm: Netzee went public last year. Prior to that,
