GERRY STANTON is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board of E-Cruiter.com, Inc. Mr. Stanton has built a successful career
in human resources. After seven years as Vice President of HR Worldwide
with Mitel Corporation, he founded his own HR consulting firm. In 1984,
Stanton & Associates was born. Then in 1986, with momentum from his
first venture, Mr. Stanton founded the career transition firm Drake Beam
Morin (Ottawa) Inc., an affiliate operation of Drake Beam Morin Inc. Ten
years later, in 1996, his vast HR experience and remarkable vision
became the foundation for him founding E-Cruiter.com, Inc. Foreseeing
the Internet quickly becoming the communications vehicle of the future,
Mr. Stanton's mandate was to make corporate recruiting easier, faster,
and less costly by using streamlined communications and information
