Gary Whitelaw – Bentall Capital Limited Partnership

GARY WHITELAW joined Penreal Capital Management in April 1998 to assume the role of President and CEO and subsequently the role of President of Bentall Capital Limited Partnership in January 2002. Prior to joining Penreal, Mr. Whitelaw was Vice President and COO of Nexacor, Bell Canada's real estate division, which managed a 25 million square foot portfolio for numerous BCE group companies. Preceding Nexacor, he was Executive Vice President of Gentra Inc., (a Canadian public real estate corporation listed on the TSX) where he was responsible for the management of Gentra's real estate group. Mr. Whitelaw spent the eight years prior to Gentra running various entities within the Mollenhauer Group of Companies, a mid-sized construction and development company active in Canada and the United States. Mr. Whitelaw: Bentall Capital was formed in the
