DAVID M. FICK is Managing Director of Real Estate Research at Legg Mason
Wood Walker. Mr. Fick analyzes the real estate industry, focusing on the
retail real estate sector, including companies investing in regional
malls, shopping centers and factory outlet centers. Mr. Fick has 20
years of real estate industry experience. Prior to joining Legg Mason,
he was a real estate investment specialist and structured numerous
transactions for real estate investors. He was previously Equity Vice
President of LaSalle Partners/Alex. Brown Kleinwort Benson. Mr. Fick was
also Chief Financial Officer of Western Development/Mills Corporation.
Prior to that he was a practicing CPA and consultant with a national
accounting firm, specializing in the real estate industry. Mr. Fick is
on the active faculty of the Berman Real Estate Institute of Johns
Hopkins University, where he teaches real estate finance, real estate
accounting and taxation, and real estate capital markets. He holds an
MBA with a Finance concentration from Loyola College, and a BS in
Business and Accounting from Towson University. Profile
DAVID COPP is an Analyst on the RBC Capital Markets Real Estate
Equity Research team. He focuses primarily on the office and
industrial sectors. Prior to joining RBC, he was a Senior
Associate at Robertson Stephens, where he also covered the office
and industrial sectors. Prior to that, he was an Associate with
Sutro & Company, and followed several real estate sectors. He has
a BS in Finance from the University of San Francisco. Profile
CHRISTOPHER LUCAS has been Vice President of Real Estate Research
for Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. (FBW) since joining the firm in
2000. He was recently recognized by The Wall St. Journal as one
of the 'Best on the Street' for real estate and was ranked second
by StarMine/NASDAQ for his REIT stock picking for 2002. Prior to
joining FBW, Mr. Lucas was a Principal with KRA Capital
Management. From 1997-2000, Mr. Lucas was Director of REIT
Research for Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, where he consulted on a
variety of issues for institutional investors and public and
private real estate companies. From 1987-1997, Mr. Lucas was Vice
President and Director of Research for the National Association
of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc. (NAREIT), where he managed
the industry trade association's research efforts. He is a past
member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Research
Institute, a non-profit organization created to stimulate high
quality research on real estate investment performance and market

ANDREW L. ROSIVACH, a Senior Research Analyst at U.S. Bancorp
Piper Jaffray covering real estate investment trusts, joined the
firm in April 2002. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at UBS
Warburg in New York covering REITs. Prior to UBS Warburg, he was
an Analyst at Prudential Insurance. He received a Bachelor's
degree in Economics and History from Yale University. He holds
