KEITH GAY is a Partner and Senior Education Analyst at Thomas Weisel Partners, LLC where he covers the education industry. Previously, he was associated with NationsBanc Montgomery Securities and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Gay had a 10-year Air Force career including three years as an Assistant Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He also is a former Instructor in Accounting and Economics at Regis University. JEFFREY SILBER is a Senior Vice President at Gerard Klauer Mattison. He was previously associated with Deloitte & Touche PeerScape Services, Deloitte Consulting and KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Silber is a Certified Public Accountant for New York State and a member of the Board of Directors-RPRY Day School, Edison, New Jersey. GREGORY CAPPELLI is a Managing Director/Senior Analyst for Credit Suisse First Boston, covering US global services/education & e-learning. He was previously associated with ABN AMRO. Mr. Cappelli is ranked first place in the 2000 Greenwich Associates survey of CEOs and CFOs. He was recently selected to testify before the Senate Committee for the Web- based Education Commission Hearing in Washington, DC and is frequently quoted in the press.
