Plug Power Inc. – Andy Marsh & Reid Hislop

Reid Hislop, Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations at Plug Power Inc., brings more than 20 years of technology marketing experience and a history of developing marketing programs to his role. For Plug Power, he leads the company's marketing communications and investor relations team. He works directly with the company's executive team to grow its overall market position in the alternative energy economy. Before joining Plug Power, Mr. Hislop was Vice President of Global Marketing for Pitney Bowes Business Insight, the business unit created after MapInfo was acquired by Pitney Bowes in 2007. Before the acquisition, Mr. Hislop served as the Vice President of Marketing for MapInfo, where he led the company's global marketing team. He holds a B.S. from the University of Alberta, Canada.Andy Marsh joined Plug Power Inc. as Chief Executive Officer and President in April 2008. Previously, he was a Co-Founder of Valere Power, Inc., where he served as CEO and Board Member from the company's inception in 2001 through its sale to Eltek ASA in 2007. Under his leadership, Valere grew into a profitable global operation with more than 200 employees and $90 million in revenues derived from the sale of DC power products to the telecommunications sector. During Mr. Marsh's tenure, Valere Power received many awards such as the Tech Titan award as the fastest-growing technology company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the Red Herring Top 100 Innovators Award. Before founding Valere, he spent almost 18 years with Lucent Bell Laboratories in a variety of sales and technical management positions. Mr. Marsh is a Member of the board of Power Distribution Inc. Mr. Marsh: Plug Power (PLUG)was formed in 1997. When I look back at the history, the first seven or eight years of this
