NICHOLAS G. ABAID has served as Director of Business Development
for Security Solutions for Graphco Technologies, Inc., Newtown,
Pennsylvania, since June 1999. Mr. Abaid's knowledge of security
is built on 28 years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau
of Investigation. During his tenure with the FBI, Mr. Abaid was
involved in some of the agency's most important cases in
international terrorism and foreign counterintelligence
investigations. Mr. Abaid has worked closely with US
intelligence, US counterintelligence, and foreign intelligence
and law enforcement organizations. He has lectured extensively on
security requirements of private industries and governmental
entities involved in sensitive and classified research and
development. Mr. Abaid's background includes serving as a Naval
Officer from 1965-1968, and as an executive with Chemical Bank,

Mr. Abaid: The company began in 1993 as a software
