KAREN WALKER is Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief
Financial Officer of Boston Communications Group, Inc. She joined Boston
Communications in 1993 as Corporate Controller and is currently the
company's Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing all
finance, accounting, human resource and facilities aspects of BCGI. She
also played an integral part in guiding the company through its IPO and
follow-on offering. Prior to joining BCGI, Ms. Walker spent six years at
Ernst & Young LLP, where she was a manager in E&Y's Entrepreneurial
Services Group and earned her CPA. She holds a BS degree in Accounting

focus on?
Ms. Walker: We just finished a terrific 2002. Not only
