JOHN H. JOHNSON is President and CEO of ParkStone Medical Information
Systems, Inc. Mr. Johnson manages strategic relationships with managed
care organizations, pharmacy benefits managers, pharmaceutical companies
and other healthcare organizations that enable ParkStone to offer its
wireless, pocket-sized data management to physicians across the nation,
absolutely free. Mr. Johnson also directs continued innovation of the
system with the addition of features like wide area network wireless
capability, dictation and automation of the medical office 'superbill.'
Mr. Johnson joined ParkStone in April 2000, leaving Johnson & Johnson's
electronic commerce task force, where he evaluated strategic
opportunities in point-of-care handheld computers. While at Johnson &
Johnson, he also led the Anti-Infective/CNS division of Ortho-McNeill
Pharmaceutical, Inc. with sales in excess of $1 billion. In this
position, Mr. Johnson managed a staff of more than 1,400 and was
responsible for new product development, sales, marketing, professional
education and managed healthcare marketing. He also led the global
commercial team in the launch of Levaquin, a broad-spectrum quinolone
