JOHN C. HARRIS became the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Viseon, Inc. in February 2001. Prior to joining Viseon, Mr. Harris was
CEO of Diversified Technologies Group, Inc., where his primary focus was
analyzing merger and acquisition targets for the Internet and technology
fields. During his tenure, Diversified Technologies Group, Inc. acquired
a medical ASP and an enhanced fax service bureau. Prior to that, he
served as Chief Executive Officer of CBQ, Inc. From 1986 until 1998, Mr.
Harris was Founder and President of CompuNet Support Systems, Inc. a
Dallas-based Computer Systems Integrator that was selected three years
in a row as one of the fastest growing businesses in the Dallas/Ft.
Worth area by the SMU Cox School of Business. He was responsible for
orchestrating its growth and direction into a multimillion-dollar
company that was subsequently sold in 1998 to a national systems

JAMES D. HANZLIK became Chief Financial Officer of Viseon, Inc. in
January, 1997. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hanzlik was Vice
President, Controller at Sterner Lighting Group, a manufacturer of
commercial lighting. Prior to that, Mr. Hanzlik served from 1988 to 1995
as Corporate Controller and Business Unit Manager for Despatch
Industries Ltd., a leading manufacturer of industrial heat processing
equipment serving the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Prior to
Despatch, Mr. Hanzlik was VP Finance at FDL Technologies, Inc. Mr.
Hanzlik began his career in 1980 with the emerging business group of
KPMG LLP (formerly Peat, Marwick, Mitchell). Profile
