JOHN BIERBAUM has been the Executive Vice President of Investor
Relations and Corporate Growth of PepsiAmericas, Inc., since its
formation in November 2000. Previously he had been Chief Financial
Officer of the former PepsiAmericas and its constituent companies
(Dakota Beverage, Inc., Delta Beverage Group, Inc., and Pepsi-Cola
Puerto Rico Bottling Company) and concurrently CFO of Pohlad Companies,
the principal shareholder of the former PepsiAmericas. As CFO he was
responsible for acquisition and financial restructuring of the companies
that eventually became PepsiAmericas. Mr. Bierbaum has been associated
with the Pohlad Companies for more than 25 years and started his career
as an audit manager at Arthur Andersen. Profile
