JOHAN VISSER is the Group Chief Executive of Brown & Jackson Plc and the
Managing Director of Poundstretcher and Your More Store which he
founded. From 1988 to 1992, he was the Managing Director of Pep
Limited, a South African retail chain with 1127 stores, after having
been Retail Operations Executive for six years, where he started with
400 stores and left with 1127. He opened 90 stores per year in his last
four years with the Company. Mr Visser holds a degree from the
University of Stellenbosch and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He
is married with three children, and enjoys playing tennis and keeping
