Adrienne Baker is Editor-in-Chief of IR Magazine and senior editor of
Corporate Secretary. She has been covering investor relations, corporate
governance, disclosure, accounting and compliance issues for the last
four years. Prior to joining Cross-Border Publishing, She was a
freelance journalist in Montreal. She has a BA in Cultural Studies from
McGill University and a graduate degree in Journalism from Concordia
