INVESTING IN BUSINESS SERVICES COMPANIES: MICHEL MORIN – MERRILL LYNCH GLOBAL SECURITIES

Michel Morin is the Senior Business Services Analyst at Merrill Lynch Global Securities, a role he assumed in September 2004. The sector includes consulting, staffing, outsourcing and other general service companies. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1996 as a country analyst based in Mexico City as part of a three-member team that ranked number one in the Institutional Investor surveys from 1997 to 2000. He initially covered Special Situations and achieved top three rankings for his Latin America coverage of the pulp & paper and media sectors. In January 2000, he assumed coverage of the Latin American Telecom sector, ranking Runner Up in his first year covering the sector. In September 2001, he was named Global Telecom Analyst, a role in which he analyzed industry trends and compared stocks on a global basis in collaboration with other Merrill Lynch Analysts from around the world. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he was a Senior Consultant at Accenture, where he worked with clients in the postal and telecom sectors, among others.
