HERBERT BLIEBERGER has been the Chief Executive Officer of TOPCALL International AG since September 2000. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of TOPCALL, after having been the Manager of all Technical Departments and Quality Management, and responsible for the ISO 9000 certification of TOPCALL in June 1996.
