HAMID R. MOGHADAM is Chairman, CEO and Director of AMB Property
Corporation. He co-founded AMB's predecessor, AMB Institutional Realty
Advisors, a private investment management firm, in 1983 and held similar
positions in it prior to the company's IPO in November 1997. Mr.
Moghadam holds SB and SM degrees in engineering from MIT and an MBA from
Stanford. He is a member of the following organizations: the Executive
Committee of the Board of Governors of NAREIT, the Real Estate
Roundtable, YPO and several MIT Advisory Committees. He also serves as a
Director of Plum Creek Timber Company, MarketEngine Corporation and
Brand Farm, and as a Trustee of the Bay Area Discovery Museum. Profile

investment advisory firm in San Francisco in 1983. For the
