GERARD M. JACOBS has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer
of CGI Holding Corporation since December 2001. Mr. Jacobs previously
was the co-Founder and CEO of Metal Management, Inc. Mr. Jacobs
graduated from Harvard University, where he was elected to Phi Beta
Kappa, and from The University of Chicago Law School, which he attended
as a Weymouth Kirkland Law Scholar. Mr. Jacobs was elected twice to the
Board of Education of District 200, Oak Park and River Forest High
School, Oak Park, Illinois. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. Profile
