FRANK E. WILLIAMS, III, has been, since 1994, President and Chairman of
the Board of Williams Industries, Inc., a publicly traded holding
company with subsidiaries that specialize in structural steel erection,
installation of prestressed and precast concrete products, heavy
hauling, crane rental, rigging and installation of equipment for utility
and industrial facilities, and fabrication of heavy girders as well as
light structural metals manufacturing. From 1991-1994 he was Vice
President of Construction with Williams Industries, Inc., Falls Church,
VA; 1984-1991 he was President of Williams Erection Company, Merrifield,
VA; and from 1981-1984 he was Project Manager of Williams Enterprises,
Merrifield, VA. Mr. Williams received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, in 1981. Profile
