Daniel Scharre – Adaptive Broadband Corporation (adape)

DANIEL L. SCHARRE is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adaptive Broadband Corporation since September 1997. Prior to joining Adaptive Broadband, he was Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, ComStream Inc. Prior to joining ComStream, Dr. Scharre spent three years as Vice President and General Manager at Ilex Systems. From 1988 to 1993, he held executive positions at Loral Western Development Labs. In 1985, he founded Theta Corporation and served as President and Chief Executive Officer for three years. He previously held managerial positions at Space Applications Corporation. From 1977 to 1982, Dr. Scharre was Assistant Professor of High Energy Particle Physics at Stanford University. Dr. Scharre holds a BS in Physics from California Institute of Technology, a PhD in Physics from University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Profile
