STEPHEN J. HAGGE has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer and Secretary of AptarGroup, Inc. since 1993. Mr. Hagge oversees
all financial aspects of the AptarGroup companies worldwide. In 1993,
AptarGroup was spun-off from the Pittway Corporation. Prior to 1993,
AptarGroup was known as the Seaquist Group, a Division of Pittway
Corporation. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Hagge was Vice President-Finance of
the Seaquist Group. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Hagge was the Controller of
Seaquist-Perfect Dispensing, then a division of Pittway Corporation.
Prior to joining Seaquist-Perfect Dispensing, Mr. Hagge was employed by
Arthur Andersen. Mr. Hagge holds a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State

CARL A. SIEBEL has been President and CEO of AptarGroup Inc. since
January 1996. From April 1993 to January 1996, Mr. Siebel was President
and Chief Operating Officer of AptarGroup. From 1975 until 1993, Mr.
Siebel was the Director of European Operations for Seaquist Group. Also,
From 1982 until 1993, Mr. Siebel was a Vice President of Pittway
Corporation. From 1969 until 1975, Mr. Siebel was the Managing Director
of Perfect Valois Ventil GmbH in Dortmund, Germany, which, at the time,
was a subsidiary of the Seaquist Group. Prior to 1969, Mr. Siebel
managed a subsidiary company owned by his family. Mr. Siebel was born in
Bonn, Germany and received his degree in Business Studies in Hamburg. Profile
