Steven L. Silverman was named the Chief Executive Officer at Axion International, Inc., in January 2011. He has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2010 and a Director since November 2010. Before joining Axion International, Mr. Silverman worked for ArchBrook Laguna, LLC, beginning in 1997. At Archbrook, he served as Executive Vice President from 2006 until joining Axion; as Vice President of Operations and Business Development from 2000 to 2005; and from 1997 to 2000, he was Vice President of Sales. Archbrook is a total solution provider supplying consumer electronics and computer products to retailers through logistical services. Before his time with ArchBrook, Mr. Silverman was in various business development roles at E.&J. Gallo Winery and the Sara Lee Corporation.
