Larence Park

LARENCE PARK has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
WildCard Systems, Inc., since its transformation into an electronic
payments business in 1997. Prior to WildCard Systems, Mr. Park was
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of one the fastest growing merchant
credit card processors of its kind (acquired by Paymentech). Before re-
entering the electronic payments business, he was President of an
independent investment management firm. Prior to that, Mr. Park was COO
and CFO of NaBANCO. During his nearly 10-year tenure, NaBANCO became the
preeminent player in the credit card processing industry. Mr. Park and
the other four top executives of NaBANCO acquired the company in an LBO
and later sold it to First Financial Management (now First Data, NYSE:
FDC). Mr. Park has served on the Boards of Directors of a number of
privately held companies and not-for-profit community organizations. He
holds a BS in Finance from Ohio State University, an MBA from the
University of Miami, and has completed most of the coursework in the PhD
program in Economics at the University of Miami.
