Kenneth E. Hollen

KENNETH E. HOLLEN co-founded ChannelPoint in December 1996 and has been
Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since that
time. From April 1995 until February 1996, Mr. Hollen served as Chief
Executive Officer of Icon Health, an online consumer healthcare and
information services company which he co-founded, and which was acquired
by Healtheon Corporation in February 1996. From October 1993 to March
1995, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Emotion,
Inc., a provider of multimedia networking solutions. Mr. Hollen holds an
MBA from Harvard University.
