Joseph J. Baksha

JOSEPH J. BAKSHA has been President and Chief Operating Officer of
Outlook Group Corporation since 1997. He was educated at Regents
College, State University of New York-Albany in BSBA (Operations
Management). He was employed by Alusuisee Flexible Packaging from 1976
to 1994, eventually serving as VP/COO. Mr. Baksha also served as Vice
President of Washburn International from 1994-1996, leading the company
through a major re-structuring program.
