Joseph J. Baksha

JOSEPH J. BAKSHA took leadership of Outlook Group Corp. in 1997 as
President and Chief Operating Officer and immediately set the company on
a new and revitalized course. Prepared for this challenge through his
earlier experiences in the printing industry, he led the company out of
its lowest earnings in history and back to a thriving business. Raised
in Chicago, Mr. Baksha spent the earliest years of his life at his
father’s printing company, where he learned first hand how to run not
only the printing presses but also a printing business. Gaining
invaluable experience that would later serve him well, he progressed in
the family business, eventually serving as sales manager. Educated at
Regents College, State University of New York-Albany, he received a BSBA
(Operations Management) and was employed by Alusuisee Flexible Packaging
from 1976 to 1994, eventually serving as VP/COO. During his tenure, he
helped lead the company to its position as one the largest and most
profitable packaging materials companies in North America. He also
served as Vice President of Washburn International from 1994 to 1996,
leading the company through a major restructuring program.
