Jon P. Vrabely

JON P. VRABELY was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Huttig
Building Products, Inc., January 1, 2007. He also is a member of the company’s
Board of Directors and Chair of the Board’s Executive Committee. Mr. Vrabely has
served in several executive positions at Huttig, including Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of
Product Management. Prior to joining the company, he held several management
positions with WESCO International, a distributor of electronic components and
apparatus for the industrial and construction markets.
