John L. McIntyre

JOHN L. MCINTYRE, PH.D., is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Emerald Bio, and is a Director of the Company. At Auxein Corporation Dr.
McIntyre raised venture capital to support the successful development,
registration and market introduction of AuxiGro’ WP Plant Metabolic
Primer. Under Dr. McIntyre’s leadership, Auxein established strong
relationships with its customers, including distribution partners, crop
advisors and farmers, to ensure continued growth of AuxiGro sales into
the future. Prior to joining Auxein Dr. McIntyre was Vice President
Commercial Development and subsequently Vice President Business
Development and International Distribution with Ecogen Inc., an
agricultural biotechnology company developing and marketing specialty
biorational pesticide products. Dr. McIntyre has over 30 years
experience in agricultural biotechnology and brings to Emerald Bio
significant operational experience in the development and
commercialization of specialty agricultural products.
