John F. Clifford

JOHN F. CLIFFORD is Chairman and CEO of ProCyte Corporation. He was
elected Chairman on June 5, 1999 and he joined the company as President
and CEO in August 1996. Mr. Clifford was the former President and CEO of
Orthorfix International until July 1996 and a past Corporate Vice
President of Davis & Geck, a division of American Cyanmid from January
1989 to October 1994. He stared as a sales rep with Ehiron, a division
of Johnson & Johnson and held a number of positions in sales and
marketing management before becoming Vice President of Sales & Marketing
of Iolab Corporation after Johnson & Johnson acquired them. Mr. Clifford
received a MBA from Drexel University and an BS in Economics from
Villanova University.
