John E. Boyd

JOHN E. BOYD is Chairman, President and CEO or EUR Systems. Mr. Boyd
came to EUR Systems in April 2001 with more than thirty-five years of
industry experience, including serving leadership roles in the
development of local markets for AT&T Local Service. He helped AT&T
enter the CLEC business, enabling the company to capture and provide
local access telecommunications services in national markets.
Previously, John served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for
AT&T’s Consumer Products Unit and President of its International
Computer Systems business. Most recently, Mr. Boyd served as President
and CEO of Consolidated Edison Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Consolidated Edison Inc., formed in 1997 as the company’s
full-service unregulated energy services company (ESCO). John has a
B.A. degree from Iona College and an M.S. in Advanced Management from
Pace University.
