John D. Amodeo

JOHN D. AMODEO is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Samuel
Manu-Tech Inc. Prior to his current role, Mr. Amodeo was Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Bracknell Corporation, and for
several years prior to that, he held various executive positions at
Molson Breweries, last serving as Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of
Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto. Mr. Amodeo also
graduated from the Program for Management Development at Harvard
Business School
